Wan Bark Foundation is proud to be a sponsor of the USDA Summer Food Program (SFSP). Our program operates throughout multiple sites in Orange County Florida. In general, the summer program operates from June 3rd to August 8th, Specific site dates vary, click on the download buttons below to view press releases about our current feeding sites. and learn more about each site’s details. For SFSP 2019, Wan Bark only has open sites.

The purpose of the SFSP is to provide healthy, nutritious meals at no cost to children 18 and under while school is out for the summer. All of our sites are within communities where the free and reduced lunch rate is over 70%. The summer meals provided are essential for the continued health and well-being of these children who may otherwise have no access to food during the summer months. POWER UP PLEDGE

Power Up Pledge

Children learn best when they have a model to follow and reference. Wan Bark Foundation developed the Power Up Pledge to provide that model that stems from not just one individual but from an entire community. The old adage says, “it takes a village to raise a child.”

Promote health and wellness for the youth in your community and commit to the Power Up Pledge.

Each year we will announce the Power Up Pledge counts by county, let’s show our children that we are dedicated to health and better eating habits.
